Join us in Geneva on Wednesday 25 November 2026 to celebrate the launch of the Switzerland Chapter of the Cryptocurrency Fraud and Asset Recovery Network (CFAAR).
The inaugural event will feature a panel discussion on “Securing Crypto Claims in Commercial Disputes: Civil Attachments, Conservatory Measures, and Cross-Border Enforcement in Switzerland.”
Bringing together legal and investigative perspectives, the panel will explore the practical challenges involved in preserving digital assets and pursuing recovery in Switzerland and across borders.
The discussion will be followed by an audience Q&A and drinks, offering an opportunity to meet fellow practitioners and help build CFAAR’s Swiss community.
